Saying an affirmation is a healthy thing, but you don’t need to do it with your eyes closed.
Instead, look into the mirror and say, “feeling good and looking better.”
No, this isn’t a way to trick you into thinking you’re decades younger. We all know better.
But it is a way to take a quick inventory.
How do you feel? Go ahead and let it out. There’s no one to tell you what to get over, what to ignore.
If you want to feel better, follow this advice: Start with your gut, as in what you eat and drink. Pay more attention to that and you will feel good.
Now the hard part. How do you look. Remember, keep your eyes open. If you’re like me you’ve noticed a few extras. Extra skin tags, extra discoloration, an annoying bump.
Once you’ve seen enough, visit your doctor. He may say it’s all part of aging and nothing to worry about.
On the way home you check traffic in the rear view mirror. There’s that tag on your neck, or the mole on your cheek. You know it’s nothing to worry about. You’ve been thoroughly examined by a professional, but you don’t want to live with it.
Now what? Aesthetic Medicine.
Find a way to remove the extras. But where? The plastic surgeon for surgery? The dermatologist? The cosmologist?
