B&B people are adventurous as a rule. They could stay at a Motel 6 instead of DG’s B&B. This is from a guest in the Learning Room:
“At some point smart people walk past certain rides. If children are involved it’s harder. They want you to ride the same rides they do, the ones that twist and turn then do it all again backwards. If you don’t go they call you names, like chicken.
“Since Six Flags closes week days at the end of summer you can avoid going there. Besides Knott’s Berry farm seems safer. Who knew?
“The first thing I saw there was a twenty story coaster that looked like a stairway without the building. I’d never ride that one.
“The day heated up and later on the idea of launching myself in a 0-80 mile an hour jolt in two seconds didn’t seem so bad. Neither did flying twenty stories straight up. I rode it once and learned that two old guys had been on it for three hours straight. So I went again.
“It’s the tower on right.”
